Hi, interesting article. Nothing like them lovehandles! For me I’ve found that the best solution in getting rid of them is by simply get my whole body fat percentage to sub 9%. I have typically been a fan of the Paleo Diet. It is much more natural and how we evolved to eat. Read up on it sometime and drop me an email with your opinions. Anyhow, nice blog… I’m subscribed to your feed now so thanks again!
